Please Note: The email address will act as the user name while logging in and it will used to receive the mail communications. The provided mobile number will be used to receive any SMS communications. The service charges for the SMS alerts may vary from time to time.

IMPORTANT: This application will not proceed unless the terms and conditions for use of the online service have been accepted. In granting you access to the online services, you hereby agree to accept and comply with the following terms and conditions.

Data Protection and Privacy
When processing and handling any personal information you agree to comply in all respects with the terms of the Data Protection and privacy Act of Uganda 2019 and any similar or equivalent legislation applicable when processing any Personal Data

Your Account and password
When using the Online service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, for restricting access to your Account and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these user terms and conditions or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines or policies.

Our liability
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the online service will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. In addition, your access to online service may also be occasionally interrupted or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such interruptions.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us

Alterations to service or amendments to user terms and conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to any online services, policies, terms and conditions including these User Terms and Conditions and, where possible shall give notice of such changes either in writing or by a screen message. You will be subject to the user terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the online service. If any of these user terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Waiver
If you breach these User Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.
